All of our controllers are built to last and come with a variety of features, including:
- Plug and Play Capabilities with MANY Pre-Programmed Chase Patterns
  - All of our controllers come with MANY pre-programmed chase sequences ready to go—all you have to do is look at the label on the back of the controller, and then set your pattern.
    - You do NOT have to do any programming or move any wires to select your pattern!
    - For our smart chasers, just flip the dip switch to the chase pattern you would like, and for our programmable controllers, just turn the rotary dial to select your desired sequence.
  - When you order a programmable controller, we will pre-set it to the custom sequence pattern you ordered with it, but you will also have access to ALL of the pre-programmed chase patterns that are programmed with our smart chasers, which is over 175 patterns!

- Variable Speed Control with a Speed Pot on the Outside of the Box that Lets You Dial in the Perfect Speed
  - All of our controllers have a very wide speed range that is controlled by a speed pot, located on the outside of the box, so you can dial in the perfect speed WITHOUT having to take the box apart to do it!
  - For most patterns, the speed pot will allow you to set the speed from a very fast pace of 1/20th of a second per step to as slow as 2 seconds per step.
  - For some of our specialty patterns marked as "slow" or "version 2", you can dial in a much slower speed range, from 2 seconds to as long as 6 seconds per step.
- Durable Components and Reliability, Built to Meet Commercial Standards
  - All of our controllers are built with UL listed parts and are fuse protected.
  - Programmables 2 fuses?
  - Our controllers also all use solid state circuitry for a longer lifespan, so there are no moving parts that can break down.
  - Our controllers are built for our outdoor use, in weather-resistant aluminum boxes, intended to withstand the harshest of conditions.
  - Our controllers are in compliance with all U.S. electrical standards, and all models (except the 3TSC-10) have a 220-volt adapter built in to comply with European standards.

  - We can help you select the right controller for your display, talk you through exactly how to wire your display’s lights into your new controller for your desired chase effect, calculate amperage if needed, set the chase sequence you wish to use, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- We design our own controller models and work directly with the engineer who manufactures them to ensure that they are of the highest quality- many light parks around the country are still running spectacular displays with controllers they bought from us over 15 years ago!
  - Although we fully expect that your controller will work perfectly out of the box and last for many years to come, if you ever have a problem, we are here to help! We guarantee the performance of our controllers with a 1 year limited warranty, we are happy to help you troubleshoot any problems you have for no additional charge, and if a problem arises that isn’t covered or can’t be easily fixed by you, we are often able to perform repairs on old controllers ourselves, quite affordably. Our expert will talk to you personally to help fix any problems you may have!
